The DGM/GM Finance will drive the Finance Function (including Revenue Assurance) to meet the aggressive growth plans for Sitics. The role would be focused on planning and process to streamline the company’s finance operations for growth. He/ she would lead the Accounting, Finance, and Revenue assurance functions which include sub-functions such as financial reporting, planning, managing budgets, forecasts of the company, management reporting, and corporate taxation (direct and Indirect). The role will also assist the CFO in strategic matters which include fundraising and M&A.
Roles & Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Financial lanning & Analysis
• Monthly Revenue Reports
• Daily Fund Status Reports
• Weekly AR/AP reports
• Monthly P & L
• Monthly Balance Sheet
• Annual Completed P&L and Balance Sheet by May 15th, every year ready for Audit
2. Budgeting
• Annual Plan – Business plan finalization by March 31st of every year
• Present monthly budget vs actuals to the management and the divisional heads by the 18th of the following month
• Monthly financials – prepare and present the P&L, BS, and CFS by the 20th of the following month.
• Collaborate with divisional heads, make course corrections if required, and prepare the forecast every quarter
3. Financial Systems and ERP Deliverables
• The role will have to lead the ERP implementation when it approved by the board
• Integrate existing and new finance systems and processes into proposed ERP systems
4. Finance and Accouts
• Daily Cash/bank management
• Ensure books are accurate and up to date at any point in time
• Ensure immaculate working capital management.
• AP Management
• Liaisoning with the bank and other FI
• Subsidiary accounts and finance management
5. Revenue Assurance
• Ensure the billing is done timely and accurately
• Collaboration with the operations team to ensure the billing inputs are received on time
• Ensure that DSO is no more than 45 days

Preferred Educational Qualification
Chartered Accountant/Cost Accountant with 12 plus years of work experience in core finance and accounts.
Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant can also be considered if he/she has the required work experience
Work Experience
Preferably worked in a 300-500 cr companies in a controllership role (Must have)
Must have handled all key areas of Corporate Finance including Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Direct and Indirect taxation
At least 5 years in a leadership role in Corporate Finance in an organization with multiple locations and multiple business units
Competence and working experience in ERP- SAP R3 or Oracle or Tally
